Textile Baler Operator

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated individual to fill a Full Time Textile Baler Operator Position at our Averill Location.

Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm

$13.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Achieve production standard of 80-100 gaylords of salvage clothing per shift, depending on inventory
• Keep accurate records
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Reporting, maintaining and monitoring all functions of the machine
