Textile Fabrication Specialist/Seamstress

Advanced Innovative Solutions LLC is in search of proficient sewers able to perform leather piping on aircraft interiors.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty on and off Aircraft equipment.

• Efficient use of materials patternmaking, sewing, fitting, leather piping.
• Deliver finished product on specified deadlines.
• Introduce innovative new offerings, techniques & materials.
• Set & Maintain exceptional production standards.
• Create schedule & perform equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all areas are clean and all safety standards are adhered to. Document all processes..
• Complete requisitions for additional materials/supplies as needed per project.
• Awareness of department schedules and workload.
• Ensure proper manufacturing specifications & installation instructions of all softgoods.
• Participate in project & departmental meetings.
• Provide leadership & share expertise in all matters concerning softgoods.
• Documentation & training of production & maintenance processes.
