Textile Machine Operators- 2nd shift - Urgent Role

**About the Role:**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Textile Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation and high-quality output of our textile machinery on the 1st shift.

**Shift** Mon thru Thurs 5:00pm - 3:30am

**Pay** $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Setup and Operation:** Efficiently set up machinery for optimal operation. Start machines, monitor their operations, and make necessary adjustments to enhance performance.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** Proactively troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure machines are always in excellent condition.
- **Quality Control:** Rigorously perform quality checks, adhere to reporting protocols, and maintain accurate records. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisory team promptly.
- **Safety and Cleanliness:** Comply with all safety and health regulations. Maintain a clean work environment and ensure machinery is spotless and well-organized.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Prior experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- **Skills:** Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a proficiency in basic mathematics. Must be detail-oriented and capable of following complex written and oral instructions.
- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for extended periods. Willingness to work in different shifts, including late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary.
