Textile Processing Technician (Second Shift)

Location: Allentown, PA

Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($19-$22 / hr) + $1,200 SIGN ON BONUs

We are currently hiring for a Textile Processing Technician on our second shift to join our growing contents team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about textile care, takes pride in their attention to detail, and wants to be part of a professional and compassionate restoration crew.

Key Responsibilities

As a Textile Processing Technician, you will:

Operate the Esporta Wash System to clean and restore textiles and soft goods from emergency losses (such as water, fire, or mold damage).

Carefully sort, inventory, and handle a variety of materials, including clothing, linens, leather goods, shoes, and specialty fabrics.

Follow precise textile processing protocols to ensure each item is properly restored and sanitized.

Track and manage garments and soft goods through the entire cleaning and drying cycle.

Package, label, and prepare restored items for delivery or storage.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is properly cared for and maintained.

Collaborate with team members in the warehouse and contents department.

Qualifications

Prior experience in textile restoration, dry cleaning, laundry services, or garment care preferred.

Experience using commercial washing machines or specialty cleaning systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude.

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Willingness to follow safety procedures and proper PPE protocols.
