The Lark at Copper River Porter

The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities    

• Meticulously upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, trash enclosures (power wash when necessary) and other community buildings. 


• Removes trash from office areas and apartment community BBQ areas. 


• Assists in the preparation of market ready units. 


• Assists in the cleaning/turning of available apartments and models. 


• Upkeep laundry room facilities.  


• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the office. 


• Meticulously maintain curb appeal. 


• Clean cobwebs from carports, laundry rooms, office, and all building exteriors. 


• Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. 


• Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
