We are seeking a motivated Groundskeeper / Porter to help keep our communities looking their best. From maintaining beautiful grounds to assisting staff in keeping our properties in top shape, this role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain property grounds, common areas, and building exteriors 
• Assist with unit prep and clean-up, including vacant and model units 
• Remove litter, graffiti, and any curb appeal issues 
• Support staff in day-to-day property operations 
• Ensure safety by reporting incidents promptly

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 6 months work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field preferred 
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and appliance repair is a plus 
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, walking) 
• Basic Computer skills
   

Hours: Full-time, hourly (eligible for overtime). Must be flexible for weekends and emergency needs.
