The Bathhouse Supervisor provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to care for the enhanced well-being of all who join us to soak at the Bathhouse. The Bathhouse works as a team to ensure guest satisfaction and an overall hospitable experience. The Bathhouse Supervisor is the team lead during his/her respective shift.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with Bathhouse and The Springs Resort and Spa Policies
• Welcome and receive guests seeking to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being
• Provide educational knowledge about The Springs while checking in Local and Visiting guests
• Taking ownership of the Bathhouse by keeping the facility clean, stocked, and full of energy
• Working as a member of the team and taking pride in your own professional development
• Coach the team while overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the necessary qualities to ensure the guest experience is exceptional.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with upper management and other departments.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Handle employee scheduling, time-off requests, and other administrative duties.
• Address and resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate training new staff members.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education & Experience:

• At least 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in a retail capacity or a related field required
• Must be able to work any day of the week including Holidays.
• Must have time management as well as exceptional organization skills
• Must be able to work am and pm shift

Physical requirements:

• Flexible and long hours required
• Must be okay with working inside and outside in various temperatures
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
