$10,437.50 - $17,395.83

This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards. The annual incentive opportunity is 0-60% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures. The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 40% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or related fields. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (such as CFA) is a plus
At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment management, or a related field, with a demonstrated focus on sustainability and climate change
Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
Solid understanding of global macroeconomic trends and their relationship with sustainability and climate change
Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
