JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (state of Wisconsin) (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) 
• In Training License accepted

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients
• Ability to provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
• Ability to consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan
• This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
• Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR)

• Monday- Friday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
