As a Therapist, your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' presenting concerns, gather relevant background information, render diagnoses, and formulate treatment plans. You will provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet the treatment goals of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in various settings to meet client needs and treatment goals.
· Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames as per state regulations.
· Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases.
· Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved within specified time frames.
· Document all services provided according to regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate records.
· Assist clients through transition processes, completing final correspondence such as summaries and plans.
· Handle crisis situations effectively and provide rapid response in cases of emergencies.
· Facilitate group counseling, education, and specialized sessions such as trauma and co-occurring therapy.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
· Hold licensure with the applicable board of professional registration as a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
· Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services (training will be provided).

Additional Qualifications:
· Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Demonstrate understanding of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs) within 30 days of employment.
· Must complete all agency training requirements before and after employment.

Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, including the human body.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
