🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead Clinical Admissions – Complete assessments and create thoughtful treatment plans for new clients.


• Support in Crisis – Step in with compassion and clarity during clinical crises and urgent client needs.


• Deliver Therapy – Facilitate individual and group sessions, and collaborate on family therapy programs.


• Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to audits, and uphold regulatory standards.


• Be a Team Player – Help with additional duties that move the mission forward.

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

• Credentials Required – Must hold one of the following: CADC, LMHC, LMSW, or LISW


• Preferred – Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field


• Experienced – 2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings


• Prepared – First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

📅 Schedule & On-Call Expectations

• Workdays: Monday–Friday (In-Person)


• On-Call: Rotation will begin once the program scales
