Senior Care Therapist
Quality Moments is seeking a compassionate, client-centered and reflective professional to join our Clinical Team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults within community and long-term care settings.

Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional?

Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.


• A strong desire and commitment to improving the quality of life for aging adults. 

• Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA.

• Prior experience with individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.


• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements. 


• Ability to travel within Cleveland and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
