Role Highlights:
- Conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver impactful psychotherapy.
- Offer crisis intervention and collaborate closely with healthcare teams.
- Help clients work through depression, anxiety, grief, issues related to living with chronic illness and more.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensed: Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
- A passion for working with senior citizens or a willingness to learn and be trained in the unique mental health needs of this population.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trusting relationships.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care—because we believe our seniors deserve nothing less.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the ability to document client care accurately.
Compensation: Annual starting range $70000 - $85,000 BOE
