We specialize in helping adolescents (ages 12-17) facing depression, anxiety, and dual diagnoses such as ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and more.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on licensure and experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500+
• Caseload: Manage a small caseload of 4-6 residents, ensuring personalized, meaningful care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Treat mental health disorders, create treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain client confidentiality
• Participate in clinical meetings, therapy groups, and family reunification efforts

Requirements

 Required/Preferred Qualifications: 

• Graduate degree in social work, clinical or educational psychology, psychiatry or other related field, with current Maine State License requires; fully licensed a plus. 
• Experience working with adolescents in a treatment center milieu strongly preferred 
• 3 years experience in direct service to children and adolescents, or comparable experience highly beneficial.
