Position: Full-Time
Location: Stockton, CA
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and guide a talented team of mental health professionals. You’ll provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure client care meets the highest standards while empowering your team to grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise therapists and associate clinicians across multiple programs.
• Conduct clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Monitor documentation accuracy and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and compliance.
• Promote a positive, solution-oriented clinical culture.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
