Position: Full-Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and mentorship to a team of licensed therapists and interns. This role plays a key part in ensuring that high-quality care is delivered consistently to clients across all programs. You’ll combine leadership, clinical knowledge, and team coordination to support effective treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and case consultation for therapists and interns.
• Review and approve treatment plans, documentation, and progress reports.
• Maintain compliance with state and agency policies.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions and performance evaluations.
• Support staff development through training and professional growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with program directors to improve workflows and service delivery.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
