Position: Full-Time
Location: Prescott, Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join our behavioral health team as a Therapist Supervisorand guide clinicians toward success. You’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure documentation accuracy, and foster a positive, supportive culture for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and oversight for therapists and associate clinicians.
• Conduct case reviews, chart audits, and compliance checks.
• Offer clinical feedback and support problem-solving in complex cases.
• Coordinate training and continuing education programs.
• Partner with leadership to maintain service quality and efficiency.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
