Position: Full-Time
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join our behavioral health team as a Therapist Supervisor, where your experience will help shape effective mental health services. You’ll oversee clinical teams, ensure compliance with care standards, and promote professional growth among therapists. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of client care and team success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of clinicians providing therapy to diverse client populations.
• Offer structured supervision and clinical direction.
• Conduct chart reviews, documentation audits, and treatment plan approvals.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing evidence-based practices.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
