Position: Full-Time
Location: Lake Havasu City. Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee the clinical quality and performance of our therapy team. This position combines mentorship, structure, and leadership to ensure that each client receives consistent, high-quality therapeutic support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions.
• Oversee case management, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Support clinical staff through evaluations and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
