Position: Full-Time
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Therapist Supervisor provides direction, supervision, and structure to a team of therapists serving diverse client needs. This position focuses on quality assurance, professional growth, and upholding ethical standards within clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Offer regular clinical supervision and case guidance.
• Manage and review treatment documentation for compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain workflow and quality care.
• Support new staff through training and onboarding.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
