Position: Full-Time
Location: Renton, Washington
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Therapist Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting clinicians who deliver mental health care in Renton, Washington. Your focus will be on coaching, compliance, and ensuring that therapeutic services meet professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff through regular meetings and feedback.
• Conduct case reviews and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Oversee treatment planning and performance metrics.
• Foster collaboration between therapists, clients, and administrative teams.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing staff education.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
