Position: Full-Time
Location: Kirkland, Washington
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee a talented team of clinicians providing therapy in Kirkland, Washington. This position combines leadership, mentorship, and compliance oversight to ensure every client receives the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide structured supervision and coaching to therapists.
• Review and approve treatment plans and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and contribute to professional development.
• Coordinate with leadership to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
