Position: Elizabeth, Full-Time
Location: New Jersey
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join our organization as a Therapist Supervisor and bring your clinical expertise to a leadership role that impacts both teams and clients. You’ll oversee supervision, ensure quality treatment delivery, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within your department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of licensed and associate clinicians.
• Conduct regular case reviews and compliance checks.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with directors on strategic clinical initiatives.
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based standards are consistently upheld.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
