Position: Full-Time
Location: Troy, New York
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re searching for a Therapist Supervisor to manage and mentor a skilled team of clinicians. This role is perfect for a licensed professional who thrives in leadership, values collaboration, and ensures consistent quality of care across all client services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists and associates.
• Review treatment plans, session documentation, and compliance reports.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions.
• Help maintain a healthy and positive team culture.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to agency initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active NY license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with supervisory background.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
