Therapist/Nurturing Families Facilitator - Bi-Lingual

Therapist/Nurturing Families Facilitator Job Responsibilities:

Basic Function: Delivery of direct services to clients; occasional necessary indirect services such as case management.

• Responsible for providing direct therapy services in person or via telehealth platform.
• Responsible for facilitating Nurturing Families group, individual, or family sessions in person or via telehealth platform.
• Responsible for preparing assessments, case notes, and any other written reports as necessary; documenting all client services
• Responsible for attending all mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
• Responsible for responding to day time crisis calls -rotating on call.
• Responsible for referring / linking clients to ancillary services.

Required Experience:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral or social science (social welfare, sociology, psychology, counseling and guidance, social work, etc.).
• Minimum of one year counseling/therapy experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be bi-lingual (written and verbal) in English & Spanish

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must be able to pass DCFS background check.
