• You lead a talented team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists - guiding performance, coaching growth, and fostering a culture of trust and excellence.

• You influence clinic success by overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, workflow coordination, and service quality.

What You Bring

• A BS, MS, or DPT from an accredited program.
• A current Physical Therapist license and CPR certification (required).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics (strongly preferred).
• A leadership style that blends accountability with empathy.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Comfort navigating a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and calm.
• Proficiency with MS Office and practice management systems.
