Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Therapy Clinical Operations Manager to lead all aspects of internal office operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient processes, exceptional patient experiences, and compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of therapy services in post-acute and senior living environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily internal office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee patient onboarding, scheduling, and continuity of care.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to drive efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Hire, train, and mentor office staff to achieve high performance.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and referral partners.
• Promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction across all services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) preferred; strong background in therapy operations required.
• 3–5+ years of clinical operations management, preferably in therapy services or senior care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel as needed to support site operations.
