Amazing Care Home Health offers specialized therapy services that differ from other home health providers. At AmazingCare we give you the freedom to build a weekly schedule as you see fit with as many or as few visits as you would like alongside your preferred days of the week.

We are seeking a qualified Therapy Supervisor to join our team in Utah. As a part-time Therapy Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our patient care operations, overseeing care management for your assigned caseload and supporting our dedicated team of clinicians. You will also carry a part-time caseload. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality service.
• Providing both clinical and clerical management support to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Collaborating with case managers and clinical field staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Demonstrating leadership and autonomy, while also being a team player.
• Continuously growing your skills and adapting to changes with enthusiasm.
• Communicating effectively and navigating challenges with ease.
• Carrying a part-time caseload of patient visits, showing your commitment to hands-on care.

• Licensed Utah Therapist
• Proven experience in therapy for adult and pediatric populations, particularly in home health.
• Strong ability to work independently in an office environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• A true team player who is eager to contribute to the success of our growing company.

• Competitive Hourly Wages: 10 – 15 hours per week with pay starting at $40 per hour, based on experience.
