  • Partner with Sales, Account Teams, and WW GTM on deal-specific product requirements, configurations, and roadmap alignment
  • Drive rapid response to customer escalations and special requirements tied to large opportunities
  • Balance short-term deal needs with long-term portfolio and roadmap integrity

Portfolio & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Contribute to Thin Client roadmap strategy, platform decisions, and ecosystem alignment (OS, silicon, ISVs, accessories)
  • Represent Thin Client product management in internal exec reviews, sales forums, and customer engagements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Thin Client solutions, positioning HP’s differentiation in cloud and virtual computing environments
  • Influence cross-portfolio alignment with desktops, software, and services

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, NPI execution, or lifecycle management in commercial hardware or enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, and GTM teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex NPIs and sustaining programs simultaneously
  • Experience supporting or leading large customer deals or strategic accounts
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of cost, margin, pricing, and portfolio trade-offs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
