You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost.\n\n## \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDiagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies\n\nDevelop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselines\n\nLead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives\n\nCoordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations\n\nSupport audits, SPC/FDC, and site\u2011to\u2011site portability\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field\n\nExperience in process development or high\u2011volume manufacturing\n\nKnowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, or failure analysis techniques\n\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in thin films or assembly process development\n\nExperience with supplier management and material qualification\n\nBackground supporting new product introduction\n\nStrong data analysis and problem\u2011solving skills\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Process Engineer 3\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
