Your Role:

As a Third Key Sales Associate, you’ll support daily operations, assist customers and donors, and step up to open or close the store when needed. You’ll be a key part of the team, keeping things running smoothly and supporting our mission every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately


• Deliver outstanding service to customers and donors


• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized


• Handle bank deposits and daily reports as needed


• Rotate opening and closing the retail store with the rest of the management team 


• Step in as a leader when supervisors are off-site

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Reliable transportation and active vehicle insurance


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends


• Comfort lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout your shift
