Third Party Coverage Associate Attorney

An AV-rated, civil litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Tampa office.

This position involves working on cases and claims related to liability insurance coverage issues. The role requires a detail-oriented attorney with strong research, writing, and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of civil litigation experience
  


• Prior experience handling insurance coverage matters
  


• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
  


• Excellent time-management and communication skills
  


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing liability insurance coverage issues for third-party claims
  


• Preparing comprehensive coverage opinions and legal memoranda
  


• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery
  


• Representing clients in insurance coverage litigation and providing strategic advice
  


• Effectively managing multiple cases and deadlines
