Job Summary:
The Third Party Risk Manager is primarily responsible for managing the company’s third party risk management initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor management, client due diligence and managing certain high risk items as it relates to Alviere’s client and merchant portfolios. This role may also assist the compliance, risk and security departments with other administrative duties as required.
This position requires an individual with strong personal initiative with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow employees and senior management in written report and presentation form.
Personal qualifications include a professional demeanor with strong financial, organizational and analytical skills. Must have a high level of attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and work with personnel across departments, while maintaining a high degree of independence, integrity, and dependability.

A successful Third Party Risk Manager will have the following:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or equivalent accounting or financial analysis experience,CAMS, CFE, CRCM a plus.
Years of experience needed: 2-5 years of experience managing third party risk.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Company bonus and equity. Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurances, unlimited paid time off, 401k plan w/company match.
