As a Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.
Review medication orders and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness, accuracy, and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.

Shift:

8:00pm - 7:00am, 7 on 7 off

Qualifications:

Pharmacy experience.
Maryland Pharmacy license.
