Objective: As a Third-Year Plumbing Apprentice at Bonfe, you'll support our experienced Plumbing Technicians in delivering exceptional plumbing services. You'll further enhance your technical skills, expand your industry knowledge, and gain practical experience within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced Plumbing Technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems according to codes and quality standards.


• Educate customers about their plumbing systems, providing insights and recommendations.


• Participate actively in team goals for service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


• Attend regular mentorship meetings, 1:1 sessions, and team meetings (L10s) to promote continuous improvement.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles, equipment, and job sites.


• Use Service Titan software proficiently for managing schedules, job details, and team communications.


• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Stay updated on evolving plumbing technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of plumbing apprenticeship hours logged with the state of MN.


• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated plumbing skills and competencies.


• Effective communication skills and comfort interacting professionally with customers and team members.


• Proficiency in digital tools and experience or willingness to learn Service Titan software.


• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.


• Adaptable with a proactive approach toward learning and growth.
