Opening with our client for a Thread Roll Operator.
Shift Hours: 6am – 2:30pm
As a Thread Roll Operator, the individual is responsible for setting up and operating thread rolling machines to produce threaded parts in compliance with specified requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating thread rolling machines and a strong understanding of the threading process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up thread rolling machines according to job specifications.
- Operate thread rolling machines to produce threaded parts with precision and accuracy.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating thread rolling machines.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating thread rolling machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with different types of thread rolling machines (warm rolling, cold rolling, manual and CNC thread roll)
