Technical/Functional Skills : TIBCO and related technology hands on. Experience in manufacturing/lab systems functional understanding in pharma companies. Data/ Analytics experience

Overall IT Experience: 10 years +
TIBCO Spotfire and related technology: 5 years +
Tools sets experience:
TIBCO Spotfire and related technology
Micro Focus ALM (Client ALM)
JIRA
MS Office tools set
Must have Experience:
Should have solid hands on working as developer/configurator in TIBCO Spotfire and related technology preferably for pharmaceutical companies.
Should have great communication and coordination skills between internal team and customers across shores.
Should have good track record in managing teams to successful project delivery.
Should have solid experience in creating/executing best practices, guidelines, checklist GxP projects execution.
Worked in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non GxP space.
Familiar with Life science business process flow.
Data/Analytics experience
Roles & Responsibilities
As a hands on TIBCO Spotfire developer/configurator is responsible for end to end as developer in coding/configuring, unit testing, documentation and working in collaboration with the project team implementing as defined in SOPs following the process and deliverables defined in that.
Generic Managerial Skills : Very important to manage and work in matrix team, great communication skills, good attitude, flexibility and proactiveness
