What You’ll Be Doing

• Greets customers and provides information about ticket options, pricing, and event details
• Processes ticket sales accurately and efficiently using both cash and card transactions
• Maintains an organized and tidy ticket booth area
• Addresses customer concerns and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Upholds company policies and procedures regarding ticket sales and customer service

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be available to work all required shifts
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You Can Expect

• $16.00/hr
• Training Schedule: Thursday, 04/04 & Friday, 04/05 8:00am – 5/6:00pm
• Regular Schedule: Tuesday, 04/09 – Sunday, 04/14, 8:00am – 5/6:00pm
• Part-time, temporary assignment
