THE ROLE
Breakaway is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to support the ticketing team with reporting, logistics, and platform support. This role will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for fans, staff, and partners across all of Breakaway’s growing event portfolios. The Ticketing Coordinator will assist with tracking ticket sales, data entry, analytics, and post-event reporting to help optimize sales and operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to balance administrative work, guest-facing responsibilities, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced live-event environment. Background in economics or finance/accounting preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data & Analytics Support
Input data into post-event reports and ensure accuracy in ticketing records
Assist tracking ticket sales trends to inform marketing and pricing decisions
Assist with generating post-event ticketing and sales reports for leadership
Administrative & Technical Support
Build and maintain ticketing platforms with accurate event information
Troubleshoot issues with ticketing systems
Track and report on internal and external ticket counts as needed
Coordinate ticket holds, allocations, and ticket type setup
Maintain organized documentation and records for all markets
Coordinate and fulfill event guest list requests from partners, leadership, and internal departments
Coordinate and assist on the execution of ticketing strategies and reports across departments such as and not limited to Marketing, Sponsorship, leadership and more.
Assist the Box Office and Gates Operations team remotely and on-site during events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication
Attention to detail, especially in tracking ticketing and policy requirements
Ability to collaborate effectively across all departments
Proficiency with ticketing systems and platforms a preferred
Background in Economics, Finance, or accounting preferred
Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and analysis
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during festival season
Passion for the EDM music industry, events, and delivering exceptional fan experiences
