We’re looking for a Ticket Operations Assistant who’s ready to jump in, stay cool under pressure, and help make magic behind the scenes. If you’re detail-driven, great with people, and know your way around a computer, this might just be your backstage pass to a career in the arts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build events in our ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, AXS, Tessitura, and more)
• Double-check every ticket setup so it’s flawless before we go live
• Communicate with promoters and tour reps about ticketing needs
• Generate daily ticketing reports and help track inventory
• Help answer customer questions — with a smile (even over the phone!)
• Assist with ticket sales during events, both onsite and offsite
• Troubleshoot issues and help keep our systems running smoothly
• Be a team player who helps make every show-day operation a success

• You’re organized, resourceful, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro
• You don’t sweat the small stuff — you triple-check it
• You’ve got strong communication skills and love helping others
• You’re cool working evenings, weekends, and the occasional holiday
• You believe in inclusion, creativity, and the power of live performance

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Ticketmaster, Archtics, TM1, AXS, Tessitura, or mobile ticketing
• A background in live events, concerts, or arts organizations
• A passion for music, theater, or community engagement
