Looking for someone who can provide Tier 1 support for team tools, while supporting overnight operations.
This position directly interfaces with internal customers in the creation, deletion and ongoing management of user accounts in complex Operational Support System (OSS) network environments.
The candidate should have the following skill set::
• Remedy ticketing system experience
• Unix/Linux background knowledge (understanding how to navigate and perform basic tasks in Linux/Unix)
• Basic understanding of how Linux scripting works
• Interface with end users, troubleshoot and document issues.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Be available to work 3x12 overnight shift, with a 4 hour short shift • Experience with office products, especially Excel
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Must have proven software tools development skills, (ex VBA, SQL, ASP), Unix/Linux scripting a plus.
