Role Overview:

This is an in-office position in Bingham Farms, MI

Monday - Friday full time - 40 hours a week

Shift - 11:30 Am- 8:00 Pm

No part time shifts currently available

Infinity has partnered with a leading home warranty provider and is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join this growing program as tier 2 account executives. Candidates who have a background in B2C and or B2B sales and are driven by providing an excellent customer experience can step into this role and make an immediate impact. This is an advanced sales role, so proven telecom sales experience is very much required.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling using a provided lead list?
• Identify coverages, eligible coverages and upsell the customer to additional products.
• Accurately disclose terms and conditions to ensure customer comprehension.
• Effectively execute required call strategy, with active listening and excellent customer service skills, to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Utilize strong communication skills, including clear enunciation.
• Knowledgeable on computer systems and typing call notes.
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary improvement.
• Meet and exceed all program KPIs.
• Reliable attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:

• 2 years of contact center experience preferred
• 2 years or more of direct sales experience required
• Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
• Comfortability in using multiple technology systems, effectively
• Think quick and rebuttal objections
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, by executing with energy and excellence
• Ability to project a positive and professional attitude towards all customers

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
• The ability to come into our in-office location, this is not a remote opportunity!
