Tier 2 Support Desk & Professional Services Project Specialist
Location: Kennewick, WA (Office-based with some client site visits)

About the Role
This hybrid position blends Tier 2 technical support (20%) with client-facing project work (80%).
What You’ll Do
- Resolve Tier 2 escalated issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Execute assigned project tasks and milestones.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with security standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years IT support or related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in professional services or project execution.
- Preferred: Network+, Azure Fundamentals, MCSA, PMP.
