Position Overview

We are hiring a Tig Welder with experience working on stainless steel, galvanized steel, and some aluminum. The role also involves assembly work and requires attention to detail to meet production standards. As a Tig Welder, you will use your skills to interpret blueprints, manage welding tasks, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform TIG welding on stainless, galvanized, and aluminum materials

· Read and interpret blueprints to complete jobs accurately

· Assemble and fit components according to specifications

· Troubleshoot welding issues and maintain quality standards

· Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Qualifications & Experience

· At least 1 year of TIG welding experience required

· Knowledge of TIG processes, blueprint reading, and welding procedures

· Strong problem-solving, time management, and self-motivation skills

· Basic math skills required

· Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for success as a Tig Welder

Physical Demands

· Standing, walking, stooping, and crouching throughout the shift

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

· Must be able to work in an industrial environment
