TIG Welder

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder to join our premier manufacturing team. In this role, you will work extensively with various metals to produce high-quality components for diverse industrial applications. As a TIG Welder, your expertise in manufacturing and precision fabrication will be essential to our production line. We specialize in working with specialty metals, primarily utilizing TIG welding with wire and rod. Responsibilities include

• Perform high-precision TIG welding on various metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to ensure exact specifications.
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment based on material thickness and alloy type.
• Inspect welds for bubbles, cracks, or other defects to maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot complex assembly challenges.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience: Proven history as a TIG Welder with significant experience in metals handling.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of TIG welding techniques (GTAW).
• Testing: Ability to pass a mandatory "weld test" as part of the on-site interview process.
• Precision: Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for fine-scale work.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification from a technical school is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $28 - $35/hr
