TIG Welder (Howell)

TIG Welder Job Description 

• Perform TIG welding on Stainless Steel (primary) and Carbon Steel materials.
  
• Handle a combination of structural and pipe welding for marine systems.
  
• Fabricate components such as frames, pipes, and skids.
  
• Use thumb control for TIG welding (no pedal; adaptation required).
  

• Experience with TIG welding on Stainless Steel; ability to handle both TIG and MIG is a plus.
  
• 5+ years of welding experience preferred for experienced hires, but open to mid -level candidates who are mold -able and trainable.
  
• Recent graduates from 2 -year welding schools welcome; company invests in training to develop skills.
  
• ASME/NavC qualification required (all hires must get qualified).
  
• Strong attitude emphasized over perfect experience; must be reliable and adaptable.
