TikTok Community Manager

Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible
Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: Creative Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative TikTok Community Manager to grow and engage our audience on TikTok. This role is for someone who lives and breathes short-form video and understands viral content. This storyteller will live inside the Gymreapers world by amplifying real moments, spotlighting the brand's grit, and fostering an always-on conversation with our community. 

You will be responsible for content ideation, creation, trend integration, community engagement, and performance analysis on TikTok. This position will own the TikTok channel and help build one of the most authentic, high-converting brand accounts in the fitness world.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Concept, film, and edit 2–3 daily TikTok's (BTS, product, lifestyle, community).
• Show up on-camera or direct talent (team/athletes) to deliver engaging videos.
• Develop and maintain weekly TikTok content calendars based on product launches, BTS access, and trending moments.
• Capture UGC-style footage in the warehouse, office, gym, and fulfillment center.

Community Engagement

• Respond to all comments and DMs with speed, personality, and relevance.
• Stitch, duet, and engage with fans and athlete content to spark virality.
• Track what content resonates and make data-backed adjustments in real-time.

Growth & Optimization

• Monitor trends, sounds, and platform changes to stay on the cutting edge.
• Analyze performance metrics weekly and present growth insights and experiments.
• Collaborate with Paid Media to boost top-performing organic content

Qualifications:

• 2+ years running or growing TikTok for a brand, creator, or agency.
• Portfolio of high-performing content—especially BTS, raw, lifestyle.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or similar).
• Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, culture, humor, and tone.
• Comfort being behind or in front of a camera.
• Passion for fitness, lifting, or Gymreapers culture is a huge bonus.
• Strong copywriting instincts (hooks, captions, CTAs).
• Self-starter: You can take loose ideas and execute without micro-management.
