TikTok Shop Affiliate & Operations Manager

ColourPop is seeking Full-Time TikTok Shop Affiliate & Operations Manager. This position will work with the Ecommerce team and agency partner to establish a solid foundation on the platform to further build the TikTok Shop business.

The Affiliate & Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations on TikTok Shop Seller Center, driving our online sales strategy  and overseeing all aspects of our stores performance. You will also be responsible for strategizing, building and managing a solid affiliate program for the brand. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing TikTok affiliate strategies that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to our business goals.  THe candidate will also collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize  the online customer experience, increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth. Candidates will be required to handle most parts of TikTok Seller Center inclusive of the Affiliate center and Live console. 

Candidates will excel in this role if they are self starters, quick learners and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation of TikTok Shop Seller Center 
• Optimizing operational efficiency and driving revenue for the shop
• The daily work include but is not limited to reaching out to, communicating with, and managing creators and influencers in the affiliate program
• Collect feedback and analyze performance data from the platform and help optimize our affiliate strategy.
• Creation of live planning including putting together host and deal strategies plus using TikTok Live Dashboard and Seller Center to pull data, pin products and run promos and moderate lives for the host.
• Management of product listings, merchandising set up, platform integrations, inventory and fulfillment, logistic tracking and customer support

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience in ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Instagram Shop understanding is a plus
• 6MO - 1YR of hands-on experience with TikTok, TikTok Affiliate and TikTok Shop
• Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram and social media platforms
• Must be able to work onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week
