Ready to turn scrolls into sales? We're on the hunt for a creative, strategic, and TikTok-obsessed individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Specialist! This is your chance to be at the forefront of TikTok’s fast-growing e-commerce world. You'll own our TikTok Shop from top to bottom—collaborating with creators, optimizing our product listings, planning promos, analyzing trends, and driving real results. Essential Responsibilities:

• Own our TikTok Shop — Handle daily shop operations
  (in partnership with the TikTok Shop agency) like product uploads, pricing, inventory, and promotions. 


• Grow the shop like a pro — Develop and run strategies that boost sales, traffic, and visibility, working closely with our TikTok Shop agency. 


• Bring products to life — Collaborate with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping videos, livestreams, and shoppable content. 


• Partner with creators — Use TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and affiliate tools to connect with influencers, manage briefs, give creative feedback, and brainstorm hooks that convert. 


• Keep an eye on performance — Analyze shop data and campaign results to optimize content and drive ROI. 


• Stay on trend — Keep tabs on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm shifts to ensure our strategy stays fresh. 


• Support the customer journey — Work with our support team and TikTok Shop agency to handle inquiries, reviews, and ensure a smooth, positive shopping experience. 


• Coordinate logistics — Work with our ops team, merchandising team and TikTok HQ to make sure every order gets to customers quickly and seamlessly. 

Competencies Required:

• TikTok Know-How:
  You’ve spent time with TikTok Shop (as a seller and buyer) and understand how to work the platform—from listings to live shopping to creator collabs. 

• E-commerce Smarts: You get the ins and outs of online shopping—product lifecycles, pricing, customer experience—and how they translate to TikTok’s fast-moving ecosystem. 

• Creative Eye:
  You're fluent in TikTok trends, understand what makes content go viral, and know how to drive conversions while keeping things fun. 

• Analytical Brain: You love digging into data and using it to make smart, strategic decisions. 

• Team Player Energy: You communicate clearly, juggle priorities like a pro, and enjoy working with both internal teams and external partners. Agency management experience is a requirement for this role. 

• Startup Spirit: TikTok Shop is still evolving, and so are we! You're excited to experiment, solve problems, and roll with the changes. 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager, and affiliate tools 

• Worked with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-comm platforms 

• A portfolio of TikTok content (either branded or personal) 

• A passion for wellness, lifestyle, or product-based storytelling
