This job will be responsible for finding and contacting live-streaming hosts on TikTok or other live-streaming social media platforms. As part of this role, Talent Specialist is expected to work closely with online influencers and persuade available live-streaming hosts to come on board. This role requires strong communication skills and a persuasive personality. The part, later on, will manage hosts and influencers and engage in creating content for influencers and hosts.

Skills:

1. Confident and strong communication skills, self-driven and team player
2. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok
3. Excellent networking skills
4. Sales experiences is preferred
5. English speaking preferred
6. Enjoy working at night

The package will include:
